For the convenience of our customers, Charlie’s PBS can easily receive your vehicle’s keys after hours. Should you need to drop off your vehicle when our office is closed, you have the option of conveniently dropping off your keys in our Key Drop box, located outside our main office, under the red canopy. This service also allows our customers the flexibility of accessing a repair authorization form on our website and dropping it off with your keys in order to authorize our body shop to begin the repair process on your vehicle as soon as we re-open for business. This hassle-free option allows our customers to be serviced by our repair center in a timely manner.
